Four Ukrainian defence technology manufacturers have entered into partnerships with companies from Denmark, Finland, and Latvia under the Build with Ukraine model. The total value of the agreements is approximately €800 million, according to the Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry. Most of the agreements concern manufacturing cooperation.

The agreements were signed by the following companies:

  • Culver Aerospace (Ukraine) and Copenhagen Global A/S (Denmark) agreed on a five-year cooperation in the production of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and medium-range systems;
  • Tencore (Ukraine) and Insta (Finland) will cooperate in the manufacturing of UGVs for Ukraine, in particular, the TerMIT ground robotic platform;
  • Remtecnology (Ukraine) and New Paakkola Oy (Finland) will establish a joint venture in Finland to scale up the production and sale of the LEGIT ground robotic platform. The plan is to produce 1,500 units for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Terminal Autonomy Ukraine (Ukraine) and SIA Baltic Forces (Latvia) have agreed to cooperate in the field of UAVs and missiles, in particular winged missiles and air defence missiles.

The Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry reminds that the Build with Ukraine model involves establishing production lines in partner countries, exporting production technologies, integrating Ukrainian expertise into allies’ supply chains and joint projects.
